Delete the WIP draft record by its natural key

Address the record by parent scenario + axis number; only the current work-in-progress draft (draft_version 0) is deletable — published versions and frozen draft records are immutable.

scenario_sid

Parent scenario whose version record is addressed.

version

Axis number to address: the published version when draft=false, the draft_version when draft=true (draft_version 0 = current WIP draft).

draft

boolean

Selects the axis: false (default) → published record (version = number); true → draft record (draft_version = number).
