Creates under the effective tenant (tenant key = own tenant; superuser declares the tenant via X-Tenant-Sid). name is the edge routing key, unique among the tenant’s live trunks (422 when taken).

X-Tenant-Sid

Target tenant. Superusers (no tenant scope) MUST send it to declare which tenant to operate in. Tenant-scoped principals may omit it; if sent it must match their own tenant or the request is rejected with scope_conflict.
