Serves a speech-recognition recording referenced from inside the call’s saved history, located by the caller-supplied storage path. mode=proxy (default) streams the audio through athena; mode=url returns a time-bounded presigned download link (SignedLink) instead. 404 when the path is unknown, malformed, or outside the caller’s scope.

Bucket-qualified storage path of the recording, as referenced by the saved call history (speech_recognition_recording). Unknown, malformed, or out-of-scope paths return 404.

mode

Proxy (default) streams the history JSON through athena; url returns a presigned download link instead.

expire

Url mode only — presigned link lifetime in seconds; default 3600 (1h), max 604800 (7d).

Target account for account-scoped resources. Principals without an account scope (superuser, tenant API key) MUST send it to declare which account to operate in. Account-scoped principals may omit it; if sent it must match their own account or the request is rejected with scope_conflict. For tenant API keys the account must belong to the key’s tenant.
